WE LOVE WHAT WE DO BUT WE NEED TO MAKE A LIVING, HOW TO PAY FOR WORK CARRIED OUT
1.1 Payment can be made by Debit/Credit card, electronic bank transfer or cash.
1.2 To secure a booking, a deposit of £75 may be required. Usually, a bank transfer is the most convenient for this and our bank details will be supplied at the time of booking. We do not accept personal or business cheques. Where work is to be carried out by one of our carefully chosen partners, we reserve the right to ask for partial or full payment in advance for that aspect of the booking.
1.3 On the day the work is completed to your satisfaction, payment of the outstanding balance will be required in full. There are no exceptions to this. This can be made in cash, or using a Visa/MasterCard debit or credit card. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, this must be done in advance.
1.4 If the work being carried out is in relation to an issue involving a third party who have agreed to cover costs, for example a third party having damaged your car with a trolley in a car park, we would require payment to be made in full by yourself, and it will be your responsibility to reclaim your costs from the third party or insurance company. An invoice will be supplied with a full breakdown of the cost and works carried out.
1.5 We do not offer credit facilities to car dealers and dent repair costs must be paid in full at the time of completion.
